Dr Bean is down to earth, very realistic and an upfront honest professional. I can't emphasize enough how comfortable and relatable he is with every visit whether that be a major concern or minor. Dr Bean genuinely seems to care about each individual patient.I have never felt rushed or unappreciated over the course of the last four years. My first review of Rocky mountain was after a very impersonal and rushed visit I had with a previous vet. I decided to take a recommendation from a friend and request Dr Bean specifically. My experience with him solidified my decision to only go to Rocky mountain small animal hospital for all my veterinary needs.At no point with Dr Bean did I ever feel like I was being pushed into an unnecessary procedure or medication. He was very upfront about all options that I had for any need for Jax (My 85 lb boxer). Without going into specifics there were, on more than one occasion, recommendations for expensive procedures from other vets at that office that he quickly dismissed and deemed unnecessary.When we take our pets into a vet we need to feel comfortable and confident that the vet has our pets best interest at heart and that we are not just another customer or outlet to gain more in sales for services etc. The down to earth, friendly and upfront nature that Dr Bean brings to the entire experience leaves me reassured that the options recommended to me are exactly what my pet needs. I can't recommend Dr Bean enough. I would absolutely request him specifically if you choose to take your pet here.Old Review 3 stars:Great service and a variety of services.
