"I'm a new client here. The place I had been going to for years closed their vet facility, and I had been looking for a new place that felt right for just over a year now. We've had some unpleasant experiences between my last place closing down and finding Rocky Mountain Small Animal Hospital.This was the first place that I had a good feeling with over the phone, so I decided to bring my kitty in for an exam.Everyone was friendly, gentle, and loving with her. One of the last places I took her had her so scared and stressed that she came out drooling on herself, which has never happened.I am so happy I found this place! Meeps left so calm that she fell asleep on the ride home instead of meowing through the drive. :)I came in with pre-dental lab work from a different facility, a facility that I did not feel comfortable returning to. I had a few questions on the results, and rather than adding a bunch of expensive tests, they were honest and informed me it wasn't necessary at this time.This place is a breath of fresh air from my interim between my spot closing down and all the unpleasant experiences I and my kitty have had. These standards cover nearly every aspect of our hospital, including surgery, exam facilities, patient care, cleanliness, client service, emergency services, diagnostic imaging, and anesthesiology. Only 15% of animal hospitals in the United States and Canada are accredited by AAHA, which is recognized worldwide as the benchmark for quality care in veterinary medicine.
