"I'm a new client here. The place I had been going to for years closed their vet facility, and I had been looking for a new place that felt right for just over a year now. We've had some unpleasant experiences between my last place closing down and finding Rocky Mountain Small Animal Hospital.This was the first place that I had a good feeling with over the phone, so I decided to bring my kitty in for an exam.Everyone was friendly, gentle, and loving with her. One of the last places I took her had her so scared and stressed that she came out drooling on herself, which has never happened.I am so happy I found this place! Meeps left so calm that she fell asleep on the ride home instead of meowing through the drive. :)I came in with pre-dental lab work from a different facility, a facility that I did not feel comfortable returning to. I had a few questions on the results, and rather than adding a bunch of expensive tests, they were honest and informed me it wasn't necessary at this time.This place is a breath of fresh air from my interim between my spot closing down and all the unpleasant experiences I and my kitty have had. I am so excited to have found our new spot! Thank you RMSAH"
